Diane Concepcion (an award winning artist) has been teaching mosaics in Martin, St Lucie (and now Nassau and Duval) counties for several years. Her passion (obsession?!) for glass, tile and the many styles of mosaic is epic. Diane has taught these skills to hundreds of students in one-on-one and group settings. Diane has participated in public art installations (visit her Creek District mosaic in the sidewalk on Colorado Ave. Stuart FL). She will happily do commissioned mosaics.
We will quickly teach you to cut glass, discuss the materials and processes for indoor/outdoor mosaics and show you the many artistic and functional types of mosaics that can be made. We will travel to conduct classes at your location (community club house?) or host your group in a central location for fun session of mosaics!
